A Blank White Page by Francisco x. Alarcon
is a meadow
after a snowfall
that a poem
hopes to cross
i love you all the sunshine
is a meadow
after a snowfall
that a poem
hopes to cross
When I was down beside the sea
A wooden spade they gave to me
To dig the sandy shore.
My holes were empty like a cup.
In every hole the sea came up
Till it could come no more.
This year for Language Arts, I am learning a poem every week or two.
The fog comes
on little cat feet.It sits looking
over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.
I have been learning to type using Typing.com. This week, we played games on KidzType. Mom was pressuring me to type faster and faster!
Typing is hard, but practicing with games makes it fun!
I share why I liked reading A Girl Named Rosa, an American Girl True Story.
