For History I learned about the Sun God aka, King Louis XIV!
He transformed an old hunting cabin
Into this!!!!
Over 30,000 men worked on the constructing!!
The palace is wonderful! One of my favorite rooms is the Hall of Mirrors.
There are 357 mirrors!!!!!!
Louis’ parents were Louis XIII and Anne of Austria. Louis XIV became King at the age of five!!
When he was grownup, he let the people have a chance to dress him or be with him for the day to avoid contention.
This is funny but yet I did learn a little about the wives.
For history I learned about the master warriors of the Middle Ages. The Mongols!
They took over much of Asia.

Their leader was Genghis Khan. Fun Fact, The Mongols tried to conquer Japan, but a typhoon stopped them! The Japanese thought that their gods had saved them!

Me and Mommy had stamps with the names of some countries of the world. We found a cool and cute map of the world at the store. Today we learned about the world by putting the stickers on the map!
I had a fun time making my own Community Helpers ABC booklet after we read the silly picture book LMNO Peas!
Mary is always around for my preschool time too!
Who drives the fire truck? Who works in the hospital? I sure understand my community!
